Practice Areas: General Commercial Litigation Brady J. Cobb, an associate with Tripp Scott, focuses his practice in the area of General Commercial Litigation. Prior to joining Tripp Scott, Brady was a law clerk during his last two years of law school and then an associate with a firm in Orlando, Florida that specialized in civil rights and municipal defense. As a law student, he also interned with the Federal Public Defender's Office in Orlando, Florida, where he participated directly in case preparation and courtroom proceedings. Brady holds a law degree from Barry University School of Law. During law school, he was vice-president of the Student Trial Advocacy Team where he competed in several National mock trial competitions as a lead advocate, placing in the top 5 at each competition. After graduation from law school, Brady served as a volunteer coach for the Student Trial Advocacy Team at the Barry University School of Law, and assisted the students in preparing for mock trial competitions. Brady was also awarded the Barry University School of Law Book Award for earning the highest grade in White Collar Crime. Brady holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Florida State University.
