Mullin, a director with Tripp Scott, focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate litigation, employment law, shareholder disputes, business torts and appellate law. Previously, Mullin was founding partner with Duke Mullin & Galloway, which merged with Tripp Scott in 2006. At Duke Mullin, he represented local companies and individuals in a variety of civil and commercial litigation matters, including claims for unjust enrichment, construction disputes, theft of trade secrets, breaches of fiduciary duty, premises liability, medical malpractice, product liability and countless other cases. In addition, he has argued appeals before the Second, Third and Fourth District Courts of Appeal. Prior to founding Duke Mullin & Galloway, he was a litigator with a Fort Lauderdale, Fla., firm. Mullin holds a law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in English from Queens College. Mullin is a past president of the Broward County Bar Association's Young Lawyers Section and a former Broward County representative elected to serve on the Florida Bar Board of Governors Young Lawyers Division. In addition, he is a graduate of Leadership Broward and has served on its board of directors.
