Julie A. Cunniff, an associate with Tripp Scott, focuses her practice in the areas of finance and corporate transactions, commercial real estate and entrepreneurial business practice.

Prior to joining Tripp Scott, Cunniff was a corporate associate with a law firm in Chicago, where she focused on finance and corporation transaction matters. Additionally, she advised clients on matters related to the formation, acquisition, merger, restructuring or other change of ownership, of business entities.

Cunniff is a graduate of Class XXVI of Leadership Broward.

Cunniff holds a law degree, cum laude, from DePaul University College of Law, where she served in her final year of law school as the executive editor of the DePaul Business & Commercial Law Journal. She holds an MBA from DePaul University's Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and a bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, in business administration from Valparaiso University.
