Julie A. Cunniff, an associate with Tripp Scott, focuses her practice in the areas of finance & corporate transactions, commercial real estate and entrepreneurial business practice.

Prior to joining the firm, Cunniff was a corporate transaction associate with a law firm inChicago , where she focused on banking, and merger and acquisition law matters.

Cunniff holds a law degree, cum laude, from DePaul University College of Law, where she graduated in the top 20 percent of her class.  During law school, she was the executive editor of the DePaul Business & Commercial Law Journal. In addition, Cunniff was the recipient of the Law Merit Scholarship, a merit-based Dean's Scholarship for especially promising first-year law students.

She holds a MBA from DePaul University' s Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and a bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, in business administration from Valparaiso University .
