Practice Areas: General Commercial Litigation Commercial Real Estate Salvatore H. Fasulo, a director with Tripp Scott, focuses his practice in the areas of real property disputes, construction litigation, commercial real estate litigation and general commercial litigation. Previously, Fasulo was a partner with Duke Mullin & Galloway, which merged with Tripp Scott in 2006. Before this, he was an associate with a commercial construction law firm in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Fasulo sits on the board of directors with the Girl Choir of South Florida, a non-profit organization that aims to help young women in South Florida grow to be vital members of the community through the study and performance of choral music. Fasulo holds a law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, where he received honors in litigation skills and participated on the school's national and state mock trial teams. During law school, he interned at the State Attorneys' Offices for both Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Fasulo holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Florida State University.
