Cotterall, an experienced trial attorney, practices at both the state and federal levels and has assisted in obtaining judgments and settlements in excess of one million dollars for firm clients. Prior to joining Tripp Scott, Cotterall was an associate with an insurance defense firm where his primary area of practice was insurance fraud. As a law student, Cotterall interned with the Broward County State Attorney's Office where he worked in both the County Court and Career Criminal divisions. Before practicing law, Cotterall worked for the Florida Legislature as a senior legislative aide in the Florida Senate.
