Brady J. Cobb, an associate with Tripp Scott, focuses his practice in the areas of Land Use and Zoning, Real Estate Development and Commercial Litigation. Prior to joining Tripp Scott, Cobb was an associate with an Orlando, Fla., law firm that specialized in civil rights and municipal defense. As a law student, he interned with the Federal Public Defender's Office in Orlando, Fla., where he participated in case preparation and courtroom proceedings.
Active in the local community, Cobb is a member of the Surfrider Foundation of Broward County, a non-profit grassroots organization dedicated to the protection and enjoyment of our world's oceans, waves and beaches. Additionally, he is a member of PetSet, a subgroup of the Broward County Humane Society.
Cobb holds a law degree from Barry University School of Law, where he was awarded the Book Award for earning the highest grade in White Collar Crime. During law school, he was vice-president of the Student Trial Advocacy Team, in which he competed in and placed in the top-five of several national mock trial competitions. After graduating from law school, Cobb served as a volunteer coach for the Student Trial Advocacy Team at the Barry University School of Law and a trial team coach for Nova Southeastern University School of Law.
Cobb holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Florida State University. He is also a volunteer coach for the Trial Team at Nova Southeastern School of Law, and is Pro bono counsel for the Eastern Surfing Association.
