Jeffrey Fauer, an associate with Tripp Scott, focuses his practice in the area of estate planning & probate litigation.

Fauer worked as a summer associate at Tripp Scott's Fort Lauderdale, Fla. office before joining the firm full time. While attending law school, he clerked with a Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based AV-rated real estate law firm, where he prepared title insurance policies and performed legal research. Prior to this, he interned at King & Spalding in Atlanta, where he prepared and maintained cell tower leases for a worldwide telecommunications corporation.

Fauer holds a law degree from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., where he was a member on the Sports & Entertainment Law Society, the American Trial Lawyers Association honor society, the American Bar Association and the Student Bar Initiative. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Emory University in Atlanta.
