Tripp Scott’s governmental affairs practice is equipped to handle a broad range of issues for clients at the local, state and national levels. The firm is home to a number of former elected officials, and its lawyers have represented clients’ interests before the U.S. House of Governmental Affairs Attorneys Tripp Scott Fort Lauderdale Florida Lawyers Representatives, U.S. Senate, federal agencies and commissions, state legislatures, county commissions, municipal boards, airport authorities, as well as governmental entities across the country.

The firm’s front-line experience in the 2000 presidential election and 2002 Florida redistricting matters included handling complex litigation, simultaneously occurring matters in multiple courts and managing and coordinating the efforts of multiple firms. Firm attorneys had a unique position in the center of these contentious debates and prevailed for their clients in both matters.
