Michael T. Bostick, an associate with Tripp Scott, is an accomplished trial attorney with more than 50 bench and jury trials in the areas of civil and criminal law.
Bostick focuses his practice on real estate with a focus on creditors’ rights, representing financial lending institutions and servicers.
Prior to joining Tripp Scott, he practiced with two large Ft. Lauderdale-based firms, honing his civil litigation skills in the areas of creditor's rights. Prior to this, he worked as a trial attorney with the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office and with a solo practitioner practicing in the areas of real estate and civil litigation.
While at the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office, Bostick was the recipient of the Best Advocate Award during the 2008 Florida Public Defenders College. Following his service at the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office, Bostick started his own consulting company where he -advised on large monetary personal injury cases, assisting with the negotiation of strategic settlements.
Bostick holds a law degree from West Virginia University College of Law, and bachelor's degrees in psychology and legal studies from the University of Central Florida.
