Evan A. Erwin IV, an associate with Tripp Scott, focuses his practice in the areas of civil, commercial and foreclosure litigation.
Prior to joining Tripp Scott, Erwin served as a law clerk for the firm applying legal research skills to various genres of law. As a law student, Erwin interned with the Broward County Judicial Staff Attorney’s Office where he conducted extensive legal research in the area of criminal law and drafted numerous criminal court case decisions for review by the judiciary.
Since joining Tripp Scott, Erwin has handled a variety of commercial and civil litigation cases as well as managing several corporate clients. Erwin also focuses a main portion of his practice on foreclosure litigation where Erwin represents commercial Lenders against borrowers in mediations across the State of Florida.
Erwin holds a law degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. For his undergraduate studies, Erwin attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington where he majored in history and minored in political science. Prior to attending law school, Erwin worked as an assistant golf pro in Jacksonville, North Carolina.
