Joseph M. Reichert is an associate with Tripp Scott who specializes in creditors’ rights. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate with the law offices of David J. Stern, P.A. located in Plantation, Fla.
Reichert has also worked as in-house counsel for one of country’s largest crane rental companies based in Florida, and as an associate attorney practicing family law in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties.
Reichert holds a law degree from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., where he was a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association Honor Society and Phi Alpha Delta, international Law Fraternity. During law school, Reichert worked as a Certified Legal Intern for the Children and Families Clinic where he helped abused and indigent clients with legal representation, and was a Guardian Ad Litem with the 17th Judicial Circuit. Reichert also spent the summer of his first year participating in a judicial internship for the Honorable Susan C. Bucklew, Senior United States District Judge, Middle District of Fla.
Reichert holds a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and a minor in sociology from Saint Louis University in Saint Louis, Mo., where he was a member of the National Criminal Justice Honor Society Alpha Phi Sigma.
