William J. Gross, a director with Tripp Scott, represents borrowers and lenders in sophisticated commercial financing matters, including securitizations, syndicated credit facilities, inventory lending and other secured and unsecured commercial loan facilities. Gross has handled more than $10 billion in complex secured and unsecured financings and securitizations, including one of the largest recorded automobile-related financings in the nation.
Gross also provides practical business counsel for South Florida clients on general corporate and business matters, including such structural issues as terms of ownership, buy-sell agreements and voting rights.
Gross is on the board of directors for the Jewish Federation of Broward County, and he is on the board of trustees for the Jewish Community Foundation. In addition, he is a member of the Amherst Alumni Association and a graduate of Leadership Broward.
Gross holds a law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami and a bachelor's degree in economics from Amherst College.
