Michael Solloa, Jr., an associate with Tripp Scott, focuses on his practice in the area of representation of creditors' rights in many aspects of civil litigation, representation of creditors within Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcies, representation of condominium associations and homeowner's associations, landlord/tenant disputes, and real estate litigation.

Prior to joining Tripp Scott, Michael has been an associate at a Fort Lauderdale-based law firm as well as a Deerfield Beach-based law firm where he represented national and local financial institutions in various matters. 

Michael holds a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law.

While in law school, Michael was a judicial clerk to the Honorable Robert Rosenberg in the 17th Judicial Circuit of Florida.  Michael was also an associate editor of his law school's "International Citator," which comprised of assisting in the creation and publication of an International Manual of Citation.
