Mathew Zifrony, a director with Tripp Scott, provides strategic counsel for corporate contractual and transactional issues. He also provides property financing and transaction counsel to buyers, sellers, lenders and developers of residential and commercial real estate.
Zifrony, who joined Tripp Scott in 1991, has represented Broward County in acquiring the land for the National Car Rental Center (currently the BankAtlantic Center) and has also served as counsel for the Florida Marlins.
Currently, Zifrony serves as general counsel for several large companies in Broward County. In addition, he is the president of one of the largest homeowners associations in Broward County and represents numerous condominium and homeowners associations in the tri-county area, providing counsel on such issues as collections, rules enforcement, contractual review and association documents.
Actively involved in the community, Zifrony is a member of the Salvation Army Advisory Board, and the Jewish Federation of Broward County. He is a past board member of NACORE and the Community Association Institute, and a graduate of Leadership Fort Lauderdale.
Zifrony holds a law degree with honors from the University of Florida and a bachelor's degree with honors from the University of Florida's School of Business Administration.
