Carolyn B. Brombacher is a director with Tripp Scott.  Prior to joining Tripp Scott, she was a partner at May, Meacham & Davell, P.A. Originally licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, Ms. Brombacher returned to Florida in 1993 and has been practicing in Florida ever since.

Ms. Brombacher devotes her practice to commercial, banking, business, real property, probate and trust law, handling both litigation and transactional matters. Ms. Brombacher has successfully litigated a wide range of business cases through the appellate levels.  One of her more notable cases involved both obtaining and collecting a $44,000,000.00 dollar judgment.

She is active in the legal and local communities of Broward and Palm Beach Counties and currently serves on the board of the Folke Peterson Center for Animal Welfare, Inc., a non-profit foundation, dedicated to helping both wild and domestic animals. Previously, Ms. Brombacher served on the Horizons Committee which helped prepare “at-risk” teenage girls for the business and professional world and Kids Club which arranged monthly entertainment events for foster children.

Ms. Brombacher received her Bachelor of Arts in 1988 from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami in 1992. She lives in West Palm Beach with her husband and daughter.
