Matthew Zifrony, a director with Tripp Scott, is the president of one of the largest homeowners associations in Broward County and represents numerous condominium and homeowners associations in the tri-county area, providing counsel on such issues as collections, rules enforcement, contractual review and association documents.

Zifrony also serves as general counsel for several large companies and provides strategic counsel for corporate contractual and transactional issues. He also provides property financing and transaction counsel to buyers, sellers, lenders and developers of residential and commercial real estate.

Since joining Tripp Scott in 1991, Zifrony has represented Broward County in acquiring the land for the National Car Rental Center (currently The BB&T Center) and has also served as counsel for the Florida Marlins.

Actively involved in the community, Zifrony is a past board member of NACORE, the Community Association Institute and the Salvation Army Advisory Board, and a graduate of Leadership Fort Lauderdale.

He has achieved a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating with only approximately 10% of attorneys having achieved this prestigious honor. He was also named a Legal Leader by his peers in the 2014 and 2017 editions of The Florida Trend’s Legal Elite and received CV Magazine’s Attorney of the Year award in 2017.

Zifrony holds a law degree, with honors, from the University of Florida and a bachelor's degree, with honors, from the University of Florida's School of Business Administration.
