That's how some attorneys interpret a recent Florida Supreme Court ruling involving The Grand condominium in downtown Miami.

Zifrony said unhappy unit owners could challenge the decision of their associations. Ultimately, courts may be asked to rule on each amendment. "[The ruling] throws all these associations that don't have the [right] language in their condo documents into a very big degree of uncertainty." he said.
