FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Dec. 22, 2009 – Tripp Scott announced today that Ed Pozzuoli, president of the law firm, was recently honored by the Fort Lauderdale / Broward Chapter of The Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) for his dedication and contributions to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Pozzuoli was given an award during the AFP’s 22nd Annual National Philanthropy Day which is held each November during National Philanthropy Week and honors individuals and organizations for their significant philanthropic contributions to the community. Ed is a former and current chairman of the Broward chapter of the MS Society, where he has served since 1998.

Pozzuoli has been president at Tripp Scott since 1999 and focuses his practice on commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on estate and trust litigation, administrative law and government relations.  He also works with municipalities and businesses that are impacted by public-policy issues.
