Successfully obtained a federal court ruling in favor of national contractor and against homeowner in mass tort class action litigation pending in New Orleans, Louisiana wherein federal court determined that all delays were attributable to homeowner and contractor was not responsible for monetary damages to homeowner.

Successfully defended against a commercial foreclosure action brought against client’s real estate investment companies, resulting in a favorable settlement for clients with the lender dismissing its foreclosure action and allowing clients to retain portfolio of investment properties, following a minimal payment to lender.

Successfully defended against multiple consumer collection cases and Telephone Consumer Protection Act cases for national client in federal courts across the state of Florida, resulting in favorable settlements to client.

Successfully prosecuted, defended, and resolved numerous lawsuits under The Fair Labor Standards Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII, and the Florida Civil Rights Act, including discrimination actions, overtime and minimum wage disputes, improper classification disputes, and disputes regarding noncompliance with the ADA.
