Ashley Arinus, is an associate at Tripp Scott, where she focuses her practice primarily on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, financing, and entrepreneurial business. Ashley regularly assists clients across a wide variety of industries throughout all stages of the business lifecycle, from formation to exit. Ashley earned her law degree from Yeshiva University’s Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City. During her time at Cardozo,
Ashley served on the board of the Moot Court Honor Society, where she competed in and coached at many national competitions. In her final year, she participated in ITRANS, an intensive, practice-based program focused on mergers and acquisitions, where she trained with partners from leading New York law firms in the skill of negotiation, contract drafting, and client relations.
Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a minor in Marketing, magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University, where she played on the Women’s Basketball Team and co-founded a record label, an early testament to her entrepreneurial spirit.
Outside of her legal practice, Ashley is actively engaged in the South Florida community. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Broward County Women Lawyers’ Association (BCWLA) and the Board of Directors for Pets Are Worth Saving (PAWS), the auxiliary of the Humane Society of Broward County, PAWS, underscoring her dedication to leadership and community engagement both within and beyond the legal field.
