David earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Frederic G. Levin College of Law, where he graduated cum laude, made the Dean’s List, and received a CALI award for a course on the history of the United States Supreme Court. While at the University of Florida, David served as treasurer of the Jewish Law Student Association and as a managing editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy. David also interned with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Florida, the Office of the Pennsylvania Attorney General, and Florida’s First District Court of Appeal for Judge Robert E. Long.
Prior to law school, David graduated cum laude from Florida State University with a bachelor's degree in Economics.
