Jennifer H. Wahba, an associate with Tripp Scott, focuses her practice in the areas of appeals (including trial support), complex commercial and business litigation, general civil litigation, and labor and employment. In 2022, she was appointed to serve as a member of the Florida Bar’s Appellate Court Rules Committee, which is responsible for proposing new rules of appellate procedure, proposing changes to existing rules, and discussing and voting on referrals for proposals. Jennifer was reappointed to the ACRC in 2025.

In 2023, Jennifer was also appointed to serve as a member of the Southern District of Florida’s Ad Hoc Committee on Attorney Admissions, Peer Review, and Attorney Grievance. This Committee investigates the district court’s referrals of attorney misconduct and proposes recommendations to the court on any sanctions that should be imposed on attorneys. In June 2023, Jennifer was also appointed co-receiver by a federal judge in an alleged Ponzi scheme case pending in the Southern District of Florida.

Jennifer earned her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, she served as the articles and comments editor of Miami Law’s International and Comparative Law Review, and her student note was published. Jennifer also served as vice president of appellate advocacy II on the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board. 

Before joining Tripp Scott, Jennifer clerked for Judge Jeffrey Kuntz at Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal and for Judge Raag Singhal at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Jennifer earned her undergraduate degree in biology from Nova Southeastern University.
