Rachel B. Chaimowiz is a director with Tripp Scott who focuses on estate planning for individuals and families, with an emphasis on wealth preservation and multigenerational planning. Rachel works closely with clients to design and implement customized estate plans that address each client’s personal, financial, and family goals, providing peace of mind for the future.
Rachel earned her Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law, where she served as an Editor for the Journal of Law & Policy and was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Professional Responsibility. Rachel obtained her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida, where she served as an Editor for the Florida Tax Review and was awarded two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Taxation of Gratuitous Transfers and in Income Taxation of Trusts and Estates.
With deep roots in South Florida, Rachel is committed to serving her community and building long-term relationships with clients and fellow professionals. Rachel serves as a Director on the board of the Estate Planning Council of Broward County. In 2024, Rachel was named the Estate Planning Council Member of the Year. She is also a member of the 2024 class of the Jewish Federation’s Horizons Leadership Program and serves on the planning board for LitLunch!, an annual event benefiting the Broward Public Library Foundation.
