Tripp Scott's Ashley Arinus Elected to the BCWLA Board of Directors
Tripp Scott announces that Ashley Arinus, an associate with the law firm, has been elected to the board of directors for the Broward County Women Lawyers’ Association (BCWLA).
For over forty years, the BCWLA has represented a diverse and dynamic group of attorneys committed to maintaining the honor and dignity of the legal profession, educating members and the general public in matters pertaining to the law, cultivating professional ethics, actively promoting gender equality, and facilitating the administration of justice. While BCWLA members vary in terms of experience, areas of practice, gender, age, and ethnicity, they share the common vision that a successful legal community thrives on the commitment of its lawyers and judges to the legal and civic community. Throughout the year, BCWLA hosts events to serve the community and empower women within the legal community.
Ashley focuses her practice primarily on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, financing, and entrepreneurial business. She regularly assists clients across a wide variety of industries throughout all stages of the business lifecycle, from formation to exit.
