Tripp Scott's Marianna Seiler DeJager Named to South Florida Business Journal’s 40 Under 40
Tripp Scott law firm is pleased to announce that Marianna Seiler DeJager has been named to the South Florida Business Journal’s 2026 class of 40 Under 40 honorees. Marianna focuses her practice in the areas of corporate transactions, entrepreneurial business, general business services, and commercial real estate. Using her legal and business knowledge, she aids entrepreneurs and established businesses in various corporate matters, including the structuring and completion of mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, real estate purchases/sales, contract negotiation and drafting, leasing, and general legal compliance.
Marianna is a fifth-generation Floridian and third-generation Fort Lauderdale resident, where she enjoys giving back to the community. She is a member of the Executives' Association of Fort Lauderdale, where she serves on the Board of Directors as the Associate Member Representative, the Notre Dame Club of Fort Lauderdale, the Broward County Bar Association, and the Stranahan House Board of Directors. To encourage entrepreneurial business in Broward County, Marianna serves on the City of Fort Lauderdale’s Economic Development Advisory Board and teaches Legal Issues for Businesses to participants of the Jim Moran Institute Small Business and Nonprofit Executive Programs. She has completed Leadership Fort Lauderdale (Class 28), Leadership Broward (Class XLI), and Women Leading Broward (Class XI).
